Delivery terms

Information on availability of our products is included on the item’s description page. Your order will be shipped from the Netherlands within 1-2 working days after you complete your payment.

The shipping costs are:

• Free to countries in the European Union [no extra taxes];
• €12.50 to countries outside the European Union [for value-added tax, see TAX]

We ship with TNT Post, the national postal service in the Netherlands. You will automatically receive a tracking number of your parcel by e-mail in most cases.

If you wish your purchases to be delivered by a fast courier service (UPS, FedEx, etc.), please contact us for the availability of such an option. Please note that these services are very expensive.

In case you give us an incorrect address or forget to mention details like a door code, or if you are absent at your address to receive or pick up your parcel, we will charge the actual shipping costs upon the return of it. The postal service should make 3 delivery attempts though. You may also consider letting us deliver your items at your work address, if possible.

The delivery term stated in the countries table is normally accurate but an indication only. Any excess of this term does not entitle the customer for any compensation. If your country is not listed, you may refer to your neighbouring country for approximate indication.

In case the package is severely damaged during delivery, please do not accept it and inform us immediately. If the box is obviously re-packaged, we advise you to open it in front of the postman to make sure that the content is present in the box.
